Landmark developments that have shaped the IT infrastructure landscape across Tamil Nadu

RR Towers I

As the maiden project for RRI, Tower I set the tone for further expansion at a time when the IT and ITES industries were just picking up pace. Tower I offers 40,000 Sq Ft of space, which was the one of the largest available two decades ago.

RR Towers II

Tower 2 was built as an extension to Tower 1 for the growing telecom industry and demand for space. This tower was aimed at maximizing floor space and fulfilling the customer needs. The Building has a total area of 85,000 Sq Ft of office space.

RR Towers III

This is RRI’s third flagship facility, designed to meet global IT & ITES standards with international-quality elevation and enhanced ceiling height for maximum space. Spanning 160,000 sq ft with 40,000 sq ft of exclusive basement parking, the project was completed within 9 months.

RR Towers IV

Tower 4 was completed in record time of 8 months. This tower is a twelve storied building with a total built up space of 250,000 Sq Ft with an exclusive parking of 50,000 Sq Ft at basement levels.

RR Towers V

This tower is an eight storied building with a total built up space of approx. 125,000 Sq Ft including the parking area in stilt and basement floors to an extent of 25,000 Sq Ft. This facility was completed in 2009.

RR – Coimbatore

The project in its entirety is 1.3 million Sq Ft, of which RR has developed and leased 320,000 Sq Ft as of date. It is conveniently near the city centre, and is one of the largest contemporary commercial space in Coimbatore.

RR Madurai

It is proposed to build a township for the IT park facility just outside the city of Madurai alongside associate company, Rudradev Township Pvt. Ltd. It is estimated that 50000 people will work in the IT parks and a total of 70,000 people will work in the township. The land is located 5 km south of the airport and 12 km south of the center of city. It is on a National highway which is being widened from a 2 lane to a 4 lane highway
